Conditions of participation in LAPP spring raffle

Dear Sir or Madam,  

We are pleased that you are taking part in our  competition. You must make a purchase in the online shop during the promotion period for min. 500 Euro. The company wins. We wish you every success!  

1. Competition, conditions of participation  

1.1 The organiser is U.I. Lapp GmbH, Schulze-Delitzsch-Straße 25, 70565 Stuttgart, e-biz.de.uil@lapp.com. The competition will take place from 02.04.2024 to 30.04.2024 for orders from 500 Euro. The closing date for entries is 30.04.2024.  

1.2 Participation in this competition and its implementation are governed by the following provisions. If you win, your company/company name will be published (data protection guidelines will be observed).  

2. Participation, participation requirements, exclusion  

2.1 Participation in the competition is free of charge.  

2.2 All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the LAPP group of companies are not eligible to participate in this competition, nor are public officials, unless their employer has given permission for them to participate.  

2.3 In the competition, box with garden tools will be drawn by CNS Group Sp. z o.o. A company enters the prize draw by completing a form on the page for the prize draw. Participation in the prize draw is possible several times per company during the term of the competition.  

2.4 LAPP is entitled to exclude participants who are suspected of violating these conditions of participation or manipulating the competition from participation and, if necessary, to subsequently recognise and reclaim prizes.  

3. Realisation of the competition, prizes  

3.1 The winner (m/f/d) will be chosen at random from all participants who have taken the above-mentioned aspects into account. The winners will be drawn by two LAPP employees without notarial supervision.  

3.2 Box with garden tools will be drawn by CNS Group Sp. z o.o. The winners will receive their prize free of charge at the address provided to U.I. Lapp GmbH. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. LAPP's service providers are responsible for handling the delivery.  

3.3 The winners will be notified by e-mail or post after the end of the competition, at the latest 21 days afterwards.  

3.4 If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, it is at the discretion of LAPP whether another winner is chosen, to whom the above rules apply accordingly.  

4. Reservation  

LAPP reserves the right to terminate or extend the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, insofar as this is reasonable for the participants in the competition, taking into account the interests of LAPP. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the software, etc.) or for legal or other reasons, the proper organisation of the competition cannot be guaranteed. In this case, LAPP will decide at its discretion whether the prizes will be awarded in accordance with the originally planned procedure or in accordance with another procedure from among the entries received up to the time of cancellation.  

5. Miscellaneous  

5.1 The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The prize is not transferable to another person. LAPP shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. U.I. Lapp GmbH is not liable for material defects or defects of title in the prizes.  

The use of any kind of automated process to manipulate the prize draw is prohibited.  

5.2 Legal recourse is excluded.
