a. Freight charges and shipping costs
We deliver free domicile from a net order value – including metal surcharge – of EUR 1,000.00 for standard orders (via email/telephone) and EUR 600.00 for EDI orders. For orders below these values we charge for:
Domestic deliveries under 30 kg: EUR 17.60
Domestic deliveries over 30 kg: EUR 0.7/KG
(Domestic delivery = delivery within the client's country)
International delivery to DE, AT, HU, BE, NL & LUX under 30 kg: EUR 20.00
International delivery to DE, AT, HU, BE, NL & LUX over 30 kg: EUR 0.95/KG
International delivery to FR, CZ, SK, PL & IT under 30 kg: EUR 22.30
International delivery to FR, CZ, SK, PL & IT over 30 kg: EUR 1.06/KG
(Foreign delivery = receiving country differs from that of the customer)
b. Cutting costs
A cutting length surcharge of EUR 20.00 per special length shall be charged for desired special lengths outside our catalogue standards, i.e. in general 50/100/500/1,000 m, or for ring and drum lengths that are not in stock.
c. Minimum order
For standard orders (via email/telephone) with a net order value of goods including metal surcharge of less than EUR 150.00, we charge a minimum value surcharge of EUR 20.00. You will receive a reduced minimum value surcharge for EDI orders and for orders in the online shop of the U.I. Lapp GmbH. Here, a surcharge of only EUR 10.00 applies for a net order value of goods incl. metal surcharge of less than EUR 50.00.
d. Delivery quantities
Over-/under-deliveries as well as under-/excess lengths of +/- 10% are permissible. A delivery can be made in partial lengths. If no divisible lengths are specified when ordering, we reserve the right to specify the divisible lengths or layout according to our defined standard lengths. The length-related measurement tolerance is ± 1.0%.
We deliver piece items in packaging units.
In the case of custom-made products, we reserve the right to an over-/under-delivery tolerance of +/- 15% of the total order quantity for both piece and metre items.
