The Online Shop

Functionality

Our new Online Shop features improved technology and usability. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your saved orders/shopping carts from the previous e-Shop to the new Online Shop. Did you know that you can print your shopping carts as PDF in the new Online Shop? This will provide you with a price and availability overview as a PDF, which you can use for internal reconciliations, for example.
Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer your saved shipping addresses from the previous e-Shop to the new Online Shop. You can create your delivery address in the new Online Shop as usual. If you need assistance with this, our team is always available to help. Contact us 
You can log in to the new Online Shop as usual with the same username and password.

Yes, LAPP is still your reliable supplier. The only change for you is your business partner. This is now located in Germany.

With the launch of our new Online Shop, you, as our valued customer, are now ordering directly from LAPP's headquarters in Germany. This means a business relationship between you and U.I. LAPP GmbH.

Since we, as your new supplier, are a company based in Germany, the so-called intra-community VAT applies. This European VAT directive sets the rules for taxes between all EU member states. Please check the local rules and regulations that apply to you.
There will be no changes in deliveries and delivery dates for you, because as a customer of LAPP Benelux you have already been supplied by Logistics in Germany.

During the selection process, we provide detailed price and delivery information directly in the Online Shop. Select an article and the current availability will be highlighted in color. Your expected delivery date will be provided during the ordering process. You have the option of performing a stock check after logging in, which gives a complete overview of the availability of the selected articles.
