1. PRICES: 

The prices valid on the day of the order, plus the value-added tax valid on the day of invoicing, are applicable.

The values stated in the quotation are the starting point. For all articles, we reserve the right to pass on price increases of cost determining factors, including but not limited to prices of raw materials, introduction and/or increase of taxes and/or other levies, regardless of whether these price increases were foreseeable at the time the agreement was concluded. This in accordance with article 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of LAPP Benelux B.V. (the "General Conditions").

1.1 Packaging costs:

As a rule, deliveries are made on free reels. At the customer's request, we also offer plastic reels for a fee. In addition, we can offer a range of special packaging, and these are available on request. 

1.2 Minimum order value: 

The minimum order value is EUR 150.00 net. For an order value less than EUR 150.00 net, a flat rate of EUR 20.00 will be charged.

1.3 Shipping costs: 

We deliver free domicile within the Benelux from a net order value of EUR 1,000.00 for standard orders (via e-mail/telephone) and EUR 600.00 for EDI orders. For deliveries below the above net order value, we apply the rates below.

For deliveries outside the BeNeLux, the costs are for the buyer and we apply the rates below. 

Shipment and standard packaging within the Benelux:

For the total gross weight of the order up to 30.0 kg we charge a flat rate of EUR 15.00.

For shipments over 30.0 kg we charge a flat rate of EUR 0.60/kg. 

Shipment and standard packaging to Germany, Austria, Hungary:

For the total gross weight of the order up to 30.0 kg we charge a flat rate of EUR 17.00.

For shipments over 30.0 kg we charge a flat rate of EUR 0.80/kg. 

Shipment and standard packaging to France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Italy:

For the total gross weight of the order up to 30.0 kg we charge a flat rate of EUR 19.00.

For shipments over 30.0 kg we charge a flat rate of EUR 0.90/kg. 

In case of special shipment and/or additional service at the customer's request, the costs are to be borne by the ordering party. There are no freight charges for retrieval. 

1.4 Cutting fees: 

For desired cut lengths, we charge a cutting fee in the amount of EUR 20.00 per cut. 

1.5 Intermediate price adjustment: 

If unforeseeable increases in material, labour or transport costs, taxes or duties occur between the conclusion of the contract and delivery, we shall be entitled to adjust the price upwards or downwards in accordance with these factors at our reasonable discretion, if delivery will not take place within four months of the conclusion of the contract. If the customer makes changes after the conclusion of the contract, we may adjust the prices in accordance with the additional costs caused by the changes.
