Valid Conditions for Orders at Lapp Czech Repbulic

These conditions are an integral part of the Business Terms and Conditions of LAPP Czech Republic s.r.o. The prices valid on the day the order is entered plus the VAT rate valid on the day of invoicing apply.

Copper surcharges for cables, wires and piece goods are calculated at LAPP based on the average price of copper for the previous month on the day the order is placed.

Copper cable prices include a copper base of EUR 150/100 kg of copper, except for telecommunication cables with copper of EUR 100/100 kg of copper, hollow underground cables, unless otherwise stated in the price offer. If other metals are used (e.g. aluminum or lead), the invoicing method is similar to copper.

The prices of the goods do not include additional charges for other services, such as the cost of cutting, shipping, special and storage services.

1. Shipping costs

We deliver free of charge to the Czech Republic and Slovakia from orders over EUR 1,000/CZK 24,000 including surcharges for metal (Incoterms CPT). We charge the following fees for orders with a lower value (Incoterms DAP):

Deliveries to CZ, SK up to 50 kg: 15 EUR *

Deliveries to CZ, SK over 50 kg: 0.3 EUR*/kg

In the case of export deliveries outside the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics, delivery conditions are negotiated individually.

We deliver orders via EDI free of charge from a value of goods of 500 EUR/ 12,000 CZK without extra charges for metal (Cu base). For orders with a value of less than EUR 500/ CZK 12,000 without metal surcharges, we charge shipping costs, see above.

2. Cutting fees

We charge a fee of EUR 20* for each cut to the desired length.
