Visit us at one of the numerous education fairs in Stuttgart. Our trainees/dual students will present the company and the vocational training within the LAPP Group. Ask us your questions directly on site. We are represented among others:

TRAUMBERUF IT & TECHNIK Stuttgart │ vocatium Stuttgart │ DHBW-Studientag Stuttgart

We offer our trainees in the 2nd year of training/our dual students (DHBW/KFRU) in the 4th semester the opportunity to get to know a company of the LAPP Group abroad. During a 4- to 12-week stay, our trainees/dual students gain insight into the international business activities of the LAPP Group through a targeted project or department assignment.

Participation in an EU-funded internship abroad (Go.For.Europe Spread Your Wings) is also possible for our trainees (IHK).

Our dual students (DHBW) also have the opportunity to spend a semester abroad at a partner university of the DHBW Stuttgart (prerequisite: approval of the program management and the company).

We strive to offer all our trainees/dual students a qualified job at LAPP. Our takeover rate is ~90%.

The acceptance depends, among other things, on the performance of the respective trainee/dual student as well as on the economic situation of the company.

If you have any further questions, please contact Anne Voigt (Head of Training | HR Business Partner) and Mari Lozada (HR Officer 'Training & Studies').
