Career orientation


Insight with vision - Career orientation is the ideal decision-making aid to familiarise yourself with your own interests, strengths and skills in the real world of work and to identify career prospects.

Internship for pupils

As part of the career orientation at schools (BORS/BOGY) or voluntarily during the holidays, we offer you the opportunity to get a taste of practical life.

Get an insight into working life and the diverse tasks of the various apprenticeships and dual study programmes at LAPP.

The application documents (cover letter, CV, last final year report) must be received by us at least three months before the desired start of the internship.

We do not currently offer internships. We therefore ask you to refrain from enquiries.

Entry-level qualification

The entry-level qualification is a measure supported by the employment agency – and your chance to start vocational training as a second attempt.


Gain a realistic and practical impression of your dream apprenticeship at LAPP during a six to twelve-month long-term internship.

Retraining measures

We offer you the environment and practical tasks to consolidate the theoretical knowledge you have acquired during your new inter-company qualification (shortened second training programme).


A training organisation takes on the role of the training company and places you in a work placement lasting several weeks.
