LAPP

Your Tasks 

  • You will rotate through various departments within Innovation & Technology over a 24-month period and gain hands-on experience in various related topics. 
  • Take responsibility in your daily tasks and own projects in important areas such as Product Management and Business Process Management. Depending on your interests and the business opportunities that arise, you may also focus on other specialized departments such as Operational Excellence & LOS, Lean Administration, Quality, Production Digitization, as well as Innovation & Advanced Technology. 
  • Experience 1-2 international assignments as a core part of the program. 

What Sets You Apart / Your Qualifications 

You are an open-minded individual with a passion for continuous learning and a high level of motivation to reach your goals. Team collaboration and effective communication are second nature to you. You have a knack for analytical thinking and strategic planning, and you are eager to showcase your sense of responsibility and performance-driven mindset. 

  • You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Innovation & Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. 
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in Innovation & Technology-related fields. 
  • You have excellent English and good German language skills. 
  • Initial experience in an international environment is an advantage.

  • You will take on responsibility in your daily tasks and manage your own projects in important areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Controlling and Sales Controlling. Depending on your interests and the business opportunities that arise, you may also focus on other specialized departments such as Group Accounting, Internal Audit and Group Treasury & Risk Management. 
  • Experience 1-2 international assignments as a core part of the program.
