Over the course of 24 months, you will gain exposure to a variety of areas, both nationally and internationally. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of marketing and sales. • Shape the future: Take responsibility by working on your own projects in Sales Coordination, Sales & Marketing Analysis, Strategic Marketing, Key Account Management and Centre of Competence IC.
• Gain international experience: 1-2 international assignments are part of the programme.
• We want you to develop: You will receive tailored training and individual support to help you grow in your chosen area.
• Mentoring: You will be supported by a mentor from the Executive Management Team.
• Permanent contract: You will have a permanent contract from the start.
• Part of a network: You will meet trainees from other areas to share experiences and knowledge.

Your qualifications

• Your personality: You are open-minded, passionate about learning new things and highly motivated to achieve your goals.
• Working in a team and using your communication skills are second nature to you.
• You know how to use your analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• You are willing to demonstrate your sense of responsibility and commitment.
• With a desire to make a difference, you think outside the box when looking for solutions and alternatives.
• Your degree: Successful completion of a Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing & Sales: Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Sales (and Management), Market Research).
• Your background: First practical experience in marketing and sales is an advantage.
• Your language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English.
• International experience would be an advantage.
