The dual study programme at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Stuttgart combines academic studies with practical experience in a company (= dual partner).
In each academic year, it is divided into theoretical phases at the Cooperative State University, Faculty of Business and Economics, and practical phases at LAPP. Due to the variety, students benefit not only from the transfer of theoretical knowledge, but also from direct application in practice (= practice-integrated studies).
The business administration degree programme, specialising in service management with a focus on logistics and supply chain management, enables students who have successfully completed the degree programme to work in a wide range of positions in all functional areas - such as controlling, scheduling, logistics, marketing, sales - in medium-sized and large logistics service companies, as well as in industrial and trading companies.
The programme lasts three years and concludes with the internationally recognised academic degree 'Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)'. The performance assessment in the Bachelor's programme at DHBW is based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
The study programme at the DHBW is modularised. More information on this can be found on the study portal.
