LAPP extends its sponsorship of jazzopen festival

A unique sound experience - During the jazzopen stuttgart, the Schlossplatz in the heart of the state capital becomes a festival stage.

Stuttgart, 16 January 2025 - For around two weeks, Stuttgart city centre will be transformed into a festival stage. Then the jazzopen, one of the biggest festivals for jazz & beyond, will be back in the state capital of Baden-Württemberg. LAPP, one of the leading providers of integrated solutions and branded products in the field of cable and connection technology, will be there. The Stuttgart-based family business has extended its sponsorship of the cultural festival for a further five years.

Every summer, the renowned jazzopen music festival brings international music stars to Stuttgart and concerts to Schlossplatz, the courtyard of the Old Palace and small club stages. The city centre becomes a festival site for music fans and jazz lovers. "Just as our connection solutions are the lifelines for industry, art and culture are the glue that holds our society together," says Matthias Lapp, CEO of the Lapp Group. After two successful years, the family-run company has extended its sponsorship for a further five years. "For us, this is also a commitment to our location, which we stand behind even in economically challenging times," explains Matthias Lapp. "The event is a good opportunity for us to share and experience the LAPP brand with a large audience, both internationally and regionally."

“Just as our connection solutions are the lifelines for industry, art and culture are the glue that holds our society together," says Matthias Lapp, CEO of the Lapp Group.

jazzopen and LAPP combine high quality standards

The jazzopen stuttgart will take place from 2 to 13 July and promises top-class artists and a unique sound experience on the various stages once again this year. "This fits in with our brand understanding at LAPP, because our cable and connection solutions also stand for quality that our customers worldwide can rely on," says Matthias Lapp. The event attracts around 60,000 visitors to the city centre every year. It is one of Europe's top 3 festivals for jazz & beyond.
