Alternatively, there is the option of a notice while on the delivery route, whereby the driver informs you of the expected time of arrival via SMS or e-mail for forwarded deliveries and for package deliveries.

Delivery of goods on Euro pallets

The exchange system of the Euro pallets consists in the fact that when a loaded pallet is delivered, a corresponding empty pallet is handed over for exchange. This eliminates the need for time-consuming reloading by the recipient of the goods. Euro pallets enable a sustainable recycling system for industry, trade, and logistics.
At LAPP, the focus is on sustainable, environmentally friendly business and the responsible use of natural resources. The step towards the universal introduction of Euro pallets supports this mission. Wooden Euro pallets avoid waste and help reduce CO2 pollution. Through their reuse, they make an important contribution to climate protection.
No, half pallets are still delivered as one-way pallets.
With the Euro pallet exchange system, a loaded Euro pallet is exchanged for an empty one upon delivery, so that no extra charges arise for customers. If no empty Euro pallet is returned or exchanged for a loaded Euro pallet, LAPP reserves the right to charge a one-time purchase price for the Euro pallet.

If you wish to receive one-way pallets instead of Euro pallets, please send your request to the following email address: communication.de.uil@lapp.com

For the delivery of goods on one-way pallets, LAPP reserves the right to charge a reimbursement of expenses.

Delivery via Euro pallets currently only affects deliveries in Germany. Deliveries in other countries are not affected at the moment.
