Return of goods

How do goods returns work?

You have the option of registering your order for return under the following conditions:

• The goods are in perfect condition, packed in the original packaging and labelled in an identifiable manner
• The net goods value of the return within Germany is at least EUR 250.00 and equates to the total value of a return
• The goods were delivered max. 6 months ago
• No special products, no EPIC® products, no short lengths (
• The return costs are based on the associated net value plus freight costs, subject to the commercial and technical inspection of the returned goods.

If the requested article is a product containing an O-ring, the following must be observed:           

• Cable conduits containing an O-ring can only be returned within 14 days if the following conditions have been met:
• The products were stored properly and professionally, without UV radiation, at 20°C and 50% humidity (standard climate).
