Due to to globalisation and the changing requests of our customers to serve them on a gobal scale we now offer our Products and Services via a new and state of the art Online Shop. Your business partner changes from a local entity in the LAPP hub country based in Germany (= U.I. LAPP GmbH). Ofcourse you will receive the same quality products and services, the same added value and you will have the same local contact persons. On top of that we now and in the future will offer more digital services such as our new Online Shop, EDI connections, e-Kanban an d much more.

3. All documents available at the article level (enhanced technical data, 3-D, manuals, etc.)

5. Detailed Track & Trace order history combined with the possibility of re-ordering (old order can be set in the shopping cart)

6. PDF shopping cart printout (= "Price and Availability") for multiple countries

Yes, you can use the same username and password to login to the new Online Shop.
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we were unable to transfer the saved delivery addresses from the current e-Shop to the new On-line shop. However, you can recreate your delivery addresses as before in the new online store.
The new Online Shop has a new and improved technology which is different then the old e-shop. Therefore we are not able to merge your saved Shopping Cards. But did you  know that you now can print your Shopping card as a PDF. You will get a 'Price & Availability' overview as PDF which you can use for example for internal approval.
A new 'Business partner' means that with the launch of the new Online Shop our customers will order directly at the Head Office of LAPP in Germany (= U.I. LAPP LAPP GmbH). This means that the commercial relationship is now with U.I. LAPP LAPP GmbH.
The most important what our customers need to do is to create a new supplier with:
- name = U.I. LAPP GmbH
- address = Schulze-Delitzsch-Straße 25, D-70565, Stuttgart, Deutschland or Postfach 800640, D-70565, Stuttgart, Deutschland

Yes you will need it. The EU VAT number (or VAT PL, EU NIP) is nothing else than your Tax Identification Number preceded by the PL code. This number will be assigned to you after you register as a VAT payer on the standard VAT-R form.
Because your new supplier is a German based company, the so called Intra-community VAT applies. This European VAT Directive, harmonizes the rules for taxes between all EU Members. Please chek your local rules and regulation which applies.
The commercial relationship is now with U.I. LAPP LAPP GmbH and the General Terms and Conditions of U.I. LAPP GmbH are applicable.
For new customers, for the first order via the Online Shop, the standard payment deadline is 14 days (supplier U.I. LAPP) for orders up to PLN 100. Above PLN 100, payment by credit card is required. For existing customers, the conditions in accordance with individual contracts (in terms of payment terms, prices and discounts) continue to apply.
Yes, you will keep the same local contact person in your country, this will not change. On top of that we will offer more and more digital services for you in order to more easily find your related information.

your item and availability is shown with colored signs. If you would like to see the estimated delivery date, please continue with the ordering process and the delivery dates for all selected products will be displayed just before final confirmation. After logging in, you can also check the stock levels (stock table).
