Benefits

• The EPIC® H-A series comprizes space-saving and powerful inserts with screw connection in the rectangular connector range.
• The insert with 16 contacts is used to supplement EPIC® H-A 16 and carries the pole markings 17-32, for a lower potential for errors during assembly.
• The maximum number of poles within a rectangular connector housing can thus be increased to 32.
• Easy to service screw connection enables assembly without special tools.
• Despite its small size, suitable for transmissions up to 16 A and voltages up to 400 V (depending on article).
• Available with or without wire protection. The wire protection enables stranded wires without conductor end sleeves to be connected directly.
• UL certification according to technical data enables the product to be used on the North American market.
• Can be used in railway vehicles in accordance with standards for selected articles (reaction to fire test in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2:2016-02, requirement sets R22 and R23, hazard levels HL1, HL2 and HL3).
• The respective pin and socket insert variants differ in quality according to their technical data.
