All available systems conduct both flat and round cables, allow a travel distance of up to 100 m (328.1 ft) and can be operated up to a travel speed of 80 m/min (262.48 ft/min).

Where are cable cart systems required?
Cable cart systems are used to bundle cables or media conduits, protect them and conduct the motion along the travel distance safely. They are frequently used in industrial plants and workshops, more specifically in conveyor and hoisting equipment, cranes and transport systems. Cable cart systems can be found in mechanical engineering, automation technology, logistics, in the wood processing industry and even in washing plants.
Which cables are suitable for use in a cable cart system?
The cables used in the cable cart system (round or flat cables) are exposed to many movements and are also subjected to torsional stress. The permissible bending radii must always be observed when selecting the cable. Only cables intended for a cable cart suspension should be used.
Which properties of the cable cart system do you need to pay attention to?
Pay attention to the system's fastening method, travel length and speed. In addition, the load capacity of the individual cable carts and the number/dimensions of the conductible cables play an important role. Depending on the location of use, there is also the question of the ideal material (galvanized steel or stainless steel). Smooth running in the track system due to good ball bearings is of course essential.
