We will help you plan. You can track all national shipments that we ship via Gebrüder Weiß or DPD. This means that you will know exactly when you receive your orders.
To track your shipments, just log in under "My Account". Once there, click on "Order history” and then select the order you want to track.
Delivery options
You decide when and where we deliver the goods you order from us. We can offer you various shipping options. You can choose between express delivery, delivery with notification and standard delivery.
Standard delivery
Fast dispatch, fast delivery from our logistics centres, normally within 48 hours.Orders placed after 12 p.m. may take 24 hours longer.
Express delivery
If you need your order very quickly, you can choose to receive it via express delivery. You can use the service for all shipment sizes.
Extra journeys
Delivery at a specific time: We offer the option of an extra journey. This enables the forwarder to arrange a delivery date and time with you in advance. The driver will inform you of the expected time of arrival.
